Service desk
Our support staff are fully experienced and our multi-tier structure means all staff are familiar with all of our clients set up. This means you won’t get passed up the line or around from one engineer to another. Instead, whoever you speak to will be able to help – they will know you, and you’ll get to know them too. This makes for a continuously high level of service and we’ll be able to resolve your issue faster that way.
You’re able to report issues via a web portal, email and you can always pick up the phone and speak to an expert. All issues are fully recorded and you’ll receive regular performance reports to see how we are both doing.
Support services
At RMT Technology, we believe in allowing you to decide how you want to contract with us. We offer some suggested models of service, but we’re more than happy to tailor the service to meet your needs. We offer 3 service types:
- Monthly retainer – We’ll discuss the level of cover per month you might need.
- Pay-as-you-go – you just pay when you need us to do something for you.
- Unlimited support – you can call as many times in a year for a fixed fee.
