From our Berwick upon Tweed office, RMT supports clients with its recovery and turnaround work.  Here the team liaise with HMRC and other creditors, such as banks and suppliers, to negotiate extended credit terms or time to pay deals.  RMT can also advise on restructuring debt and rescue strategies such as Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVA) which allow for debt to be written off for viable companies.  The Berwick office was the head office of KSA Group that was acquired by RMT in 2024
