Berwick Office

RMT’s Berwick office provides specialist business recovery, turnaround and insolvency advice to companies, directors and individuals across Northumberland, the Scottish Borders and the wider North East.

The team helps clients address cash-flow and debt pressures early, liaising with HMRC, banks, suppliers and other creditors to negotiate Time to Pay arrangements or revised repayment terms. We also advise on debt restructuring, business rescue and formal insolvency options, including Company Voluntary Arrangements. A CVA can allow a viable company to agree a structured repayment plan with its creditors and continue trading, subject to creditor approval.

The Berwick office was formerly the head office of KSA Group, which became part of RMT in 2024. Clients benefit from the local team’s specialist recovery expertise alongside access to RMT’s wider accounting, tax, corporate finance and business advisory services.
